EOS Network tips
EOS Network is your online training resource for all photographic things Canon. The website is not affiliated with, nor owned by, Canon. It exists for the good of the EOS using community, to help further the knowledge and understanding of photographers using EOS cameras, and provide a place for the community to interact and share their thoughts, ideas and images, as well as learn.
EOS Network is run by David Newton. David is the former technical editor of EOS Magazine and Canon Professional Network (for whom he still acts as a regular technical contributor on all EOS matters). He has presented various EOS based masterclasses and runs training courses for various groups, including corporates and camera clubs. He has also presented for Canon both in the UK and Ireland and also wrote and presented a large body of training material for internal use within Canon. He is a long-standing EOS user and has an almost unmatched knowledge of the Canon EOS system. He has also been used as the main technical author of technical marketing material for several Canon products.
As a professional photographer he is well known for being able to turn his hand to a wide variety of subjects though he specialises in travel, landscape and natural history. Before joining EOS Magazine he was a picture researcher and editor at NHPA, one of the world's leading wildlife picture libraries. He was also the instigator and forum administrator for the long-running, but now defunct, EOS Forums.
The aim of EOS Network is to provide an area where like-minded photographers can come together to learn, chat and exchange ideas.
The Network team will also be bringing you a whole raft of training, both physical and virtual with online videos and articles to help you make the most of your EOS cameras, lenses and accessories.
